To access certain features (such as household sync), you must create a verified user account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms or disrupt the service.
You agree not to use the Service for any malicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes. Automated scraping of recipe catalogs, bypassing payment tier requirements, or intentional overloading of Firestore database operations is strictly prohibited.
You retain ownership of any custom recipes, photos, and items you add. We process this data solely to provide household synchronization features. AI-generated cooking instructions and shelf-life estimations are for educational purposes only; always exercise common sense and inspect food smell/appearance before consuming.
Certain premium features (like custom categories, safety details, and large household sync limits) require active in-app purchases. Subscriptions are billed securely through Google Play Store or Stripe and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the billing cycle end.
Stock & Spoon and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app downtime, food spoilage, or kitchen accidents. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or system notifications. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
